You are not alone ladies, men have many of the same issues with self-image as you do. Male body image has been an issue with men from day one, or I should say the day there were 2 men and 1 woman. This is written from a gay man’s perspective and echos that of a straight man. It is encoded in our genes. The strong survive and ensure a gene pool that keeps humans from becoming extinct. Females subconsciously evaluate men based on who would produce the best sperm. The better the sperm is, the greater the odds are for pregnancy. You see the donor, you see the seed. You girls will never admit to it and will send me some death rays, but it is the way nature set it up. Protection, pregnancy success and hunter/provider skills, trump character traits hands down when selecting a mate for reproduction. Men compete against other men to be the one that gets to ” Let the dogs out ” I know this to be true on a very personal level that I will let that dog sleep. I could talk about this for hours and go into great detail. I would like for some of you to click the link and read the article, let me know what you think. I might even let you in on the un-written, but very real hallmarks men look for in a women. This is fascinating, science tested and proven stuff here. Take a peek.  Peace,  Marshall    {P.S. Ladies if you keep attracting the wrong type of man and have all but given up. If you gals will take some advice from a new Grandfather who will be my baby Emma’s living ” No Trespassing Sign “, I will break the “Bro Code” and give you the keys to how to ” Get’r Done ” Let us all have some fun today. I need a little self-love, it’s been a ” come to Jesus ” month.

  1. Okay, I clicked on it. I have never been interested in body-building males. If you stop…it turns into flab. (Check out Arnold Schwarzenegger.)
I have never gone for the “pretty boys” although I do have a lust for Wentworth Miller. My type has always been…men who look like men…warts and all.

    1. Damn, I thought I had a shot, but I am stainless steel, sex appeal, often imitated, but never duplicated, a poor girls fantasy and a rich girls dream, style and profile. Hey, I had some devious ideas last night. If you get time shoot me an e-mail or tell me to f**k off. Peace, Marshall
