Someone out there through me a bone. I do not have a clue anymore. The older I get the more I realize how wrong I have been about so many things. My ” Old School “, never back down and keep your nose to the grind stone may be not have been the way to mental toughness I thought it was. In fact, I may have done more harm than good. Science is pointing in a new direction. : Resilience may be more in how we recharge, not in how we endure” That will be a 160 for me. Read the article at the above link and see what you make of it.
