I HAVE PTSD AS A RESULT OF A NEAR DEATH ACCIDENT AT WORK IN 2001. I WAS WALKING ON THE SIDE OF A HIGHWAY GOING TO WERE MY CREW WAS WHEN A DRUNK DRIVER STRUCK ME FROM BEHIND. I WILL NOT GO INTO DETAIL FURTHER AS IT IS A LONG STORY. I WILL SAY THAT MEDICATION AND PSYCHOLOGY HAS LITTLE TO OFFER. I AM SPEAKING FOR ME ONLY. MEDITATION AND OTHER METHODS ACT TO REWIRE OR REBOOT MY BRAIN.
