onwe ịhụnanya (self-love) – 100 Naked Words – Medium

When you look in the mirror, what do you see? When you are asked to describe yourself, what do you say? How do you talk to yourself?

Do not listen to the lies people tell you about yourself and the ones you tell . Over time you will believe the lies and they will become true to you. That is not how you are seen by God and the people who love you. Be one of the people who love you. Loving yourself is the most important thing in your life. If you do not love yourself you can never love someone else. So, be good to the ones you love including the one in the mirror. Self-Love is NOT the same as being in love with yourself ! It is healthy self-esteem not a narcotic. Peace, Marshall
